It's time for your journey to world-famous Machu Picchu. Let yourself enter another dimension while walking through Machu Picchu's well-preserved temples and dwellings. This mystical inca citadel remained largely hidden to the outside world until the early 20th century. Nowadays is considered a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. ITINERARY After picking you up from your hotel, we will drive you until Ollantaytambo station where you will be taking the train to Aguas Calientes. Sit back, relax, and enjoy from enchanting landscapes along the ride as you get closer to Machu Picchu. Your guide will meet you in Aguas Calientes before taking the 25-minute bus ride up to the inca citadel. Once there, your guide will lead you around the site and explain the different buildings and curious corners of the ancient archaeological ruins, so take the opportunity to absorb all the fascinating facts and interesting information from your local expert. After the two-hour guided tour, you will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes to connect to your train to Ollantaytambo, and your connecting transfer to Cusco.
